Joint Venture (JV)

Joint Development (JD)
A model where the landowner contributes the site and Terrum manages the full development — from design through construction, marketing, sales, and post-sales management. The landowner receives an agreed share of the developed project (revenue or area), while Terrum earns a development return. Ideal for landowners who want to unlock value without taking on development risk.
