He played a key role in 3500 Crs of bank finance as project finance and structured finance across the various group companies. Also, he was responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning and analysing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions. He has significant experience in raising structured financing with overseas funds.

Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Ashish was previously a Fund Manager at the Indiabulls Asset Management, involved in identifying, underwriting and executing investments into real assets. He helped raise, deploy and exit over US$500m across multiple strategies. He has been involved in transactions cumulatively valued over $1 billion & over 10 million sq.ft. through his career. Advised the CPPIB/ SP strategic alliance on real estate investments in India. In JLL, he assisted corporate property owners monetize their assets while identifying optimal transaction /financial holding structures considering the impact of ownership, leasing, sale or financing.

She has managed a demerger process of a listed company and involved in M & A transactions, de-risking of Joint Venture operations, and lending functions of a group.

He has nearly five years of experience in real estate across verticals such as deal sourcing, pricing, transaction structuring, nurturing, and divestment. In the real estate space, he has invested in commercial, residential, industrial and logistics sectors. He is responsible for the overall operations of the company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company. He heads land acquisition and legal for the group.
